About Me

Although I’ve never been to Culinary school, my love for cooking started at a very young age. As a young girl I would sit and watch as dinner was being cooked. I was not only interested in enjoying the food once it was done cooking, but I also took an interest in the preparation of it. I began to learn things like why certain herbs and spices blended well with certain proteins. What types of oils work best for frying versus baking and vise versa. And how to properly cook rice. Which may seem simple, but it is one of the hardest “simple“ things to master. Come along with me on my journey as I share my love for cooking and all things food!
